摘要
在应用UG软件建立车架的三维模型的基础之上,根据有限元原理使用NXNASTRAN软件对半挂车车架进行强度分析。通过对车架的静态分析,得出静载荷作用下车架的应力和应变集中区,车架的静强度和刚度均满足使用要求。对车架进行模态分析得出车架的各阶固有频率及振型,比较车架受到的外部激振频率,避免产生共振,造成车架被损坏的危险。
Based on the 3d model of a frame, the strength distribution of the frame was analyzed by using NASTRAN software, Through the static analysis of the frame, come to the stress and strain concentration area on static loads frame. The static strength and stiffness of frame shall meet the requirements. On modal analysis of the frame, it concludes that the natural frequency and vibration mode of the frame was made, Comparison of the vibration frequency of the outer frame, it is for avoiding resonance and causing damage of the frame.
