摘要
为了验证某型号变速器离合器壳体的强度,利用有限元方法建立了变速器壳体总成的有限元模型,并对离合器壳体进行分析。根据分析结果对该离合器壳体提出了改进方案,并通过应变测试试验对比,证明分析模型和改进措施的有效性。
in order to analyze the strength of the clutch housing, the whole transmission case model was built up by FEM ( Finite Element Method) , and a modification method was proposed. Comparing with the strain test result, it proves that the FEM model is reasonable, and the modification is effective.
