摘要
为探讨bcl2、cmyc 基因蛋白在胃原发癌与转移癌中的表达特点,应用SP免疫组织化学方法,对80 例胃癌、35 例相应淋巴结转移癌细胞进行bcl2 、cmyc 基因蛋白的检测,并对2 种基因的生物学和临床病理意义进行研究和探讨。结果发现bcl2 、cmyc 基因蛋白的阳性表达率在35 例胃原发癌中分别为31.4 % 、57.1 % ,在淋巴结转移癌中分别为68.6 % 、31.4 % ,bcl2 在淋巴结转移癌中的表达率明显高于相应的原发癌( P<0 .01) ,而cmyc 阳性表达率明显低于相应的原发癌(P<0 .05)。在80 例胃癌中,bcl2、cmyc 的阳性表达率分别为46 .3% 、67.5% ,其中分化较好者为64 .7% 、73.5% ,分化较差者为32.6 % 、63 .0% ;肠型胃癌为62.5% 、71.8% ,弥漫型胃癌为35 .4% 、64 .6% ;无淋巴结转移的胃癌为65 .2 % 、69 .6 % ,有淋巴结转移者分别为38.6% 、68.7% 。结果提示:bcl2、cmyc 基因蛋白的表达可能参与转移癌的形成;bcl2、cmyc 基因蛋白的阳性表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤发生部位、浸润深度无关;
In order to investigate the expressions of bcl 2 and c myc oncoprotein in gastric primary carcinoma(GPC) and lymph node metastatic cancer(LMC),specimens from 80 gastric carcinoma(GC) and 35 corresponding local LMC were examined with streptavidin peroxidase immunohistochemical method.The expressions of bcl 2 and c myc and their biological and clinicopathologic significance were analyzed.The results showed that the positive rates of bcl 2 and c myc were 31.4%,57.1% in 35 case of GPC, 68.6% ,31.4% in LMC,respectively,the expression of bcl 2 in LMC was significantly higher than in GPC( P <0.01),the c myc expression in GPC was markedly higher than in LMC( P <0.05),the positive rates of bcl 2 and c myc were 46.3% ,67.5% in 80 cases of GC,64.7%,73.5% in well differentiated ones,32.6%,63.0% in pooly differentiated ones,62.5%,71.8% in intestinal type ones,35.4%,64.6% in diffuse type ones,65.2%,69.6% in GC without local lymph node metastasis,38.6%,68.7% in GC with local lymph node metastasis,respectively.The findings suggested that bcl 2 and c myc gene may be involved in the formation of LMC,the expressions of bcl 2 and c myc were independent of the sex and age of patients,the location of cancer and the invasion depth,the expression of bcl 2 was related to the degree of differentiation,Lauren types and with or without lymph node metastasis.However the relations did not showed to c myc expression.
