摘要
产细胞毒素幽门螺杆菌是消化道溃疡、胃癌等疾病的主要致病菌 ,临床可用血清学检测 HP- Cag A Ig G。本文用重组 Cag A蛋白抗原建立 EIA ,并研制成相应试剂盒。实验证实 ,本试剂盒与 Western Blot试剂盒检测 HP-Cag A Ig G的总符合率为 91.3%。并具有特异性强、精密度高、稳定性好及操作简便等优点。临床初步应用提示它有助于消化道疾病的早期诊治和预报。
CagA(+) HP is the main cause of duodenal and gastric ulceration and major risk factor for gastric adenocarcinoma. Serological detection of infection with CagA strain is at present the practical test for virulence. On the basis of preparing recombinant CagA by using genetic engineering technique, HP CagA IgG EIA was established and the kits were prepared. Comparing with Western Blot Kit, the relative concordance rate between the two kits is 91 3%.HP CagA IgG EIA Kit showed good specificity, sensitivity, stability, good precision of the assay and easy to perform. The clinical application results showed that the gastroduodenal ulceration and adenocarcinoma were closely associated with the infection of CagA(+) HP. The detection of HP CagA benefits the early diagnosis and treatment of gastroduodenal diseases.
