摘要
目前高校传统问答模式采用Email或论坛纯文本的关键词匹配的形式,不能方便地加入数据库中,从而无法重复利用,因此需采用一种能突破时间空间限制的高效答疑模式。智能答疑方式对于常见的问题和学生提问较多的问题,随着问题的不断积累可方便重用作为其他学生的复习资料,避免老师重复回答。管理员可以方便地进行知识数据的增、删、改,而仍然保持数据库结构的良好性,相当于本系统具有一定自我学习能力。
Currently,many universities with traditional model Q A in the form of Email and forums which is just plain text of Key words matching.it's hard to add information into the database.So data can't be reuse.Therefore,an efficient Q A system is needed which can breakthrough time and space constraints.For the common questions and questions many students ask,the intelligent Q A can be reuse as other students' review material with the accumulation of problems.This can let teachers avoid duplicating answering.Administrators can easily add,delete,alert the knowledge data and still well keep the database structure,which the system is equivalent with a self-learning ability.
