摘要
目的 :观察临床分离的 10 6株肠球菌的耐药性与产β-内酰胺酶的关系。方法 :用纸片扩散法检测 5种抗生素的耐药性 ,用 Nitrocefin法测定产β-内酰胺酶的状况。结果 :肠球菌对氨基糖甙类抗生素具有高度耐药性 ,未发现万古霉素的耐药株 ,对青霉素类抗生素的耐药性 ,屎肠球菌明显高于粪肠球菌。10 6株中 5 5株肠球菌β-内酰胺酶阳性 ,32株屎肠球菌中 2 7株产酶 (占 84.4% ) ,明显高于粪肠球菌。屎肠球菌对青霉素类抗生素的耐药性与β-内酰胺酶产生率呈正相关。
Relations between producing β lactamase and resistance of 106 enterococci species from clinic isolates is observed. Five antibiotic resistance is detected using routine disk method and nitrocefin based test is used to detect β lactamase production. Enterococci has high resistance to aminoglycosides antibiotics and vancomycin resistance was not found. For penicillins resistance, S. faecium is higher than S. faecalis. In 106 species, 55 enterococci species are β lactamase positive. 27 species can produce enzyme in 32 S. faecium (84 4%). It marked highter than S. faecalis. There is positive relation among S. faecium producing β lactamase and penicillins resistance .
