安徽省金寨县初中学生艾滋病健康教育活动效果评估

Evaluation of AIDS prevention health education among junior high school students in Jinzhai County of Anhui Province

目的评价在安徽省金寨县初中二年级学生中开展预防艾滋病健康教育活动的效果。方法在初二学生中发放载有艾滋病防治信息的作文簿并要求以艾滋病为主题写作文。干预前后采用同样的抽样方法和调查问卷对学生进行调查。结果分别有437和432个学生参加了基线调查及效果评估。学生的艾滋病基本知识知晓率由干预前的27.9%提高到干预后的74.0%(P<0.01)。干预后,2个与性有关的知识点知晓率仍然低于80%;无偿献血和艾滋病治疗知识的知晓率均明显提高,但仍然不到80%;美沙酮和艾滋病自愿咨询检测服务的知晓率明显提高,但仍然低于50%。结论通过发放作文簿及写作文活动,初中二年级学生的艾滋病基本知识知晓率大幅度提高;但仍需要增加针对性的讲解活动或对作文内容提出具体要求,以提高对某些知识点的知晓率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of AIDS prevention health education among junior high school students in Jinzhai County of Anhui Province.Methods Notebooks with key AIDS prevention messages were distributed among 8th grade students in Jinzhai and students were also asked to write articles about AIDS on these notebooks.Questionnaire surveys were conducted both before and after the intervention using the same sampling method.Results There were 437 and 432 students who participated in the baseline and evaluation survey.After intervention,the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge increased from 27.9% to 74.0%（P0.01）.The awareness rates of the 2 questions about sex were still lower than 80%;the awareness rates of knowledge about voluntary blood donation and AIDS treatment increased significantly,but were still lower than 80% after intervention;the awareness rates of knowledge about Methadone and voluntary counseling and testing（VCT） service increased significantly,but were still lower than 50%.Conclusion The activity of distributing notebooks with key AIDS prevention messages and writing AIDS related articles can significantly increase the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge.And there is a need to add some specific activities to improve the knowledge about some unusual messages,such as sex,Methadone and VCT service.
