急性坏死性胰腺炎猴血浆TXB_2、6-keto-PGF_(1α)的变化及生长抑素对其变化的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本实验用急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)猴模型,观察到在ANP过程中TxB2、6-keto-PGF1α发生明显的变化,其中TXB2在发病早期(2h)即明显增加达3.5倍,而6-酮-PGF1α在发病早期仅稍增高,TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α明显增大;到24hTXB逐渐下降而6-keto-PGF1α升高达到高峰,增高约4.4倍,这时TXB2/16-keto-PGF1α明显降低。在生长抑素治疗组中,ANP猴生存时间延长,生存率提高,腹腔内炎症减轻,TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α及TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α的变化亦明显减弱,2h时TXB2仅升高1.9倍,24h时6-keto-PGF.升高2.6倍。本结果提示炎症介质TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α的变化及失衡在急性坏死性胰腺炎过程中可能起重要的作用,而生长抑素可明显抑制其变化和失衡。 In the course of ANP in monkey, a marked increase in TXB2 level (3.5 times) and a slight increase in 6-keto-PGF1α. level were found,the TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α was significanly elevated at the early stage of ANP (2h). The 6-keto-PGF1α gradually increased and reached its maximum peak at (4.4 times) 24h of ANP. Meanwhile TXB2 gradually decreased and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α. Markedly reduced. Somatostain markedly restrains the increase of TXB2 (1 .9 times) at 2h and 6-keto-PGF1α. (2.6 times) at 24h of ANP,inhibiting the changes of TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α. hence decreasing the mortality rate of ANP monkey from 100% to 50%, prolonging survival time. The results of the present study suggest that the TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α. may play an improtant role in the course of ANP, somatostatin can restrain the changes of TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α.
