陈旧性寰枢椎脱位“舟”棒固定术

Atlantoaxial Posterior Arthrodesis Using Looped Boat-Like Steinmann Pin

报告 1 3例陈旧性齿状突骨折合并寰枢关节脱位选择性手术疗效 ,其中颈枕融合术 1例 ;McGraw术 2例 ;改良式McGraw术 (类似Mimatsu术 ) 2例 ;1 991～ 1 998年行环形斯氏 (S)棒 8例手术。认为这种术者自行设计的“舟”形斯氏棒手术固定更容易、更安全、牢固。通常应用于寰枢关节较严重的前脱位 ,特别适应于经冰钳颅骨牵引后移位仍不完全整复的病例 ,经此种手术后 ,由于“舟”棒保持持续性张力 。

The effect of thirteen cases with old fractures of odontiod process with atlanto-axial dislocation treated with selection operation was reported in this article One of them were treated with cervical occipital fusion,two of them were treated with Mc Graw method and two of them were operated with improved Mc Graw method which liked Mimatsu method,eight of them were operated with looped Stiemanns pin in 1991～1998 This method of looped boat-like Stiemann pin was designed by the authors and was operated firm easily and safelty Normally this method was used in serious atlantoaxial anterior dislocation Especially used in the cases after Crutchfield skull traction,of which displacement was reduced incompletely After operation used through this method,the looped pin maintain stretching force continually and act effect reduction continually
