腰椎间盘突出症再手术30例分析

Reoperation of protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc:A report of 30 cases

目的:分析1989 ～1997 年30 例腰椎间盘突出症再手术原因,探讨再手术指征,提出预防措施。方法:通过术前、术后CT、MRI检查以及术中探查所见,总结再手术原因。结果:30 例再手术患者优良26 例(87 % ) ,可4 例(13 % ) ,全部有效。结论:只要术前定位准确,术中细心操作,分离切除瘢痕粘连时注意神经根损伤。

Objective:To analyse the reasons of 30 cases of reoperation of protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc from 1989 to 1997,and to discuss the indication of reoperation,give prophylaxis advise.Methods:The postoperative and preoperative CT and MRI imaging were used to summarize the reasons of reoperation.Results:In the 30 cases,the results were execellent in 26 cases(87%),acceptable in 4(13%),all were effective.Conclusions:If the location before operation is accurate,the operation is carefull,the injury of nerve root is avoided during dissection and resection of the scar tissue adhesion,most reoperations would have good results.\;
