Up-grading innovation of ESP in PC cement production line

利用新的电收尘器技术对电收尘器进行升级改造,必须增加收尘面积:要么在原收尘器内增高收尘极或条带数,要么串联新的电收尘器,要么弃旧换新。在改造中,必须重视增湿塔的作用和调整、进气端和电场内部的改造、壳体的密封与保温、电气设备的检修与改进。

When new ESP technology is adopted to upgrade existing ESP, dedusting surface areas must be increased, which means that dedusting electrode should be heightened or the number of strips should be increased within the ESP, or other ESP should be connected in series,or to use a new ESP instead of retaining the old one.During the upgrading innovation, attentions must be paid to the functioning and adjustment of conditioning tower,transformation of gas inlet and inner electric field, sealing and temperature-keeping of the housing, as well as maintenance and improvement of electricity devices.
