肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞免疫治疗胃癌的疗效

Therapeutic Efficacy of Tumor lnfiltrating Lymphocytes Against Gastric Carcinoma

目的 对胃癌患者实施肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（ＴＩＬ）免疫治疗。 方法 培养收获ＴＩＬ细胞，并回输患者。 结果 ＴＩＬ治疗能使部分患者瘤体缩小，生存期延长，一般症状显著改善。治疗前后免疫学参数（ＣＤ３／ＣＤ４，自体ＬＡＫ 活性，血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平）表明，ＴＩＬ治疗可以提高患者机体免疫功能，增强抗癌抑癌能力。 结论 对胃癌患者综合治疗，ＴＩＬ免疫治疗值得临床进一步扩大应用。

To study the effect of immunotherapy with tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL) for late gastric carcinoma \ Methods\ TIL were cultured and harvested,then reinfused into the patients \ Results\ TIL therapy could partially reduce the tumor size,prolong the survival time and improve the general clinical symptoms of the patients \ The observations on immunological index(CD\-3/CD\-4 ratio,serum SIL 2R level and autologous LAK activity) revealed that TIL therapy could enhance the immunological function,and promote the antitumor activity of the patients \ Conclusion\ TIL therapy was thought to be one of the main methods for combined treatment of the patients with late gastric carcinoma,it may regulate the immunological function,relief the sufferings of the patients and prolong the survival time \;
