摘要
目的 了解精神分裂症患者脑脊液中脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、色氨酸(TRP)及五羟色胺(5-HT)的变化。 方法 测试102例精神分裂症患者及32例健康人(对照组)脑脊液中LPO、SOD、TRP及5-HT,并以Andreasen 分型标准划分为Ⅰ型精神分裂症(68 例)和Ⅱ型精神分裂症(34例)。 结果 精神分裂症患者脑脊液中LPO明显高于对照组(P< 0.01),TRP明显低于对照组(P< 0.01);Ⅰ型精神分裂症患者比Ⅱ型患者脑脊液中LPO与SOD明显高(P<0.01)、TRP与5-HT明显低(P< 0.01)。 结论 精神分裂症患者脑脊液中5-HT 前体TRP低于对照组,Ⅰ型患者TRP与5-HT功能明显低于Ⅱ型患者,可能与自由基代谢紊乱和自由基酶防御系统异常而引起的脂质过氧化损害有关。
To observate on the levels of lipid peroxide(LPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),tryptophan(TRP) and serotonin(5 HT) in cerebral spinal fluid(CSF) with schizophrenics \ Methods\ We determined the levels of LPO,SOD,TRP and 5 HT in CSF of 102 patients with schizophrenics and 32 healthy voluteer controls The patients were divided into positive type(type Ⅰ) and negative type(type Ⅱ) by Andreasen's definition \ Results\ It was shown that there were not any differences in levels of SOD and 5 HT in CSF between schizophrenics and controls,but the level of LPO in CSF of schizophrenics was significantly higher than that of controls and the level of TRP in CSF of schizophrenics was significantly lower than that of controls \ Conclution\ It was also found that the levels of LPO,SOD,TRP and 5 HT were significantly difference between positive and negative type patients \;
