美国页岩气产业发展的成功经验分析

Analysis on Development Experience of the Shale Gas Industry in USA

美国页岩气成功发展,不仅使页岩气成为美国能源供应的重要组成部分,直接扭转了美国天然气进口的局面,而且直接导致天然气价格的持续下降。美国在页岩气领域取得的成功,缘于市场、技术、财税、政策和法律等多方面的合力,具有明显的美国政治、经济和社会的特点。在研究美国页岩气产业发展成功经验的基础上,结合我国实际提出了促进我国页岩气科学发展的建议。

The successful development of the American shale gas industry not only makes shale gas an important source of energy supply and directly changes the pattern of natural gas import for the country, but also leads to a continuous decline in the natural gas price. Such successes achieved in the United States, while highlighting the unique characteristics of the American political, economic and social ecology, can be attributed to joint forces of the market, technology, financial taxation, policies and laws. Based on an analysis of the development of the shale gas industry in the United States, as well as the actual conditions in China, this paper provides some relevant recommendations for better development of China＇ s shale gas industry in the future.
