政府财政支持的科技项目是科技规划实施的具体形式。一直以来,科技项目信息由科技计划主管部门所拥有,包括项目名称、主持单位、主持人等科技项目基本信息是可以进入公共领域的,基于这些信息的数据库建设和应用有待于进一步深入。综述了国内外科技项目信息数据库建设及应用情况,提出整合政府财政支持的可公开科技项目基本信息,构建科技项目基本信息数据库,对其深入服务和应用进行了初探。

Government finance supported ST projects is the implementation form of science and technology plan.All the time,ST project information is owned by funding agencies,basic information of ST projects including project name,affiliated units,PI etc.can open to the public,its database construction and application need to be further deepened.This article reviews the construction status and application of domestic and foreign ST project information database,proposes the viewpoint of integrating government finance supported ST project basic information which can open to the public,building ST project basic information database,makes a preliminary discussion on its in-depth services and applications.
