摘要
国家鼓励创新的大背景下,科学技术的综合化、系统化发展导致了科学研究主体的团队化要求,单打独斗的科研方式逐渐被淘汰,各类科研团队不断涌现,随之而来的是科研团队建立后缺乏系统化管理,出现了各种各样的问题,通过文献分析以及科研项目和科研团队管理实践总结,汇总列举了科研团队建设和管理过程中的问题,并从科研质量管理体系角度分析,通过把科研团队的建设看作一个系统,提出了构建可持续发展的和谐科研团队体系的框架与要素。
In context of the state encourages innovation,more and more comprehensive systematic research require the team research.the personal research have been gradually eliminated,various research groups continue to emerge.But there is no systematic research team model,followed by variety of problems.In this paper,based on the references and research projects research team management practice,the characters and problems of the process of research team building and management are summarized.By viewing the research team as a system,proposed to build a harmonious sustainable development research team system and elements of the framework.
