摘要
分析了目前高校档案馆人力资源管理中存在的问题,提出高校档案馆人力资源科学化管理的必要性和对策。实施高校档案馆人力资源科学化管理,有利于加快高校档案工作现代化的步伐,有利于增强高校档案馆人力资源的整体活力,有利于促进高校档案管理人员个体职业生涯发展。高校档案馆人力资源科学化管理,应以目标管理为导向,以人员能力与岗位设置相匹配为基础,建立有效的人才引进、培训机制,完善多种形式综合运用的激励机制,将公平原则贯穿于管理的始终。
This paper analyzes some problems of archives in our universities and proposes the importance and countermeasures for scientific management of human resource of archives in our universities.The scientific management of human resource of archives benefits for speeding up modernization of archives work and strengthening the overall vigour of human resource of archives,as well as promoting the career development of human resource of archives.In the scientific management of human resource of archives in our universities,the objective management is oriented,the matching for the competence of human resource and the design of position is the basis.The effective input of talent and training mechanisms are established,and also multi-incentive modes used comprehensively is improved.The fair principles will proceed in the scientific management from beginning to end.
