摘要
[目的]探讨金银花复方制剂(FLCP)对气管夹闭及皮下注射异丙肾上腺素(IPA)诱导的小鼠急性心肌缺血的影响.[方法]采用夹闭气管方法制作小鼠心肌缺氧模型,观察各组小鼠心电消失时间;采用IPA皮下注射方法建立小鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察各组小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间.[结果]FLCP大剂量组气管夹闭小鼠心电消失时间及FLCP大、小剂量组IPA诱发小鼠急性心肌缺血常压耐缺氧存活时间均明显延长(P<0.05,P<0.01).[结论]金银花复方制剂对小鼠急性心肌缺血具有保护作用,其可能机制与提高耐缺氧能力有关.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effects of the Flos lonicerae compound preparation(FLCP) on acute myocardial ischemia induced by blocking trachea with clamp and subcutaneous injection with the isopropylarterenol(IPA) in mice.METHODS The disappeared time of ECG were observed by closing trachea in the models of mice with myocardial anoxic,meanwhile the survival times in normobaric hypoxia were observed by subcutaneous injection of IPA in the models of mice with acute myocardial ischemia.RESULTS The disappeared time of ECG in trachea-closed mice in large dosage of FLCP group and the survival time of mice with acute myocardial ischemia induced by IPA in normobaric hypoxia in large and small dosages of FLCP groups were significantly prolonged(P0.05,P0.01).CONCLUSION FLCP showed protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia in mice.Its possible mechanism could be attributed to enhancing the anoxic endurance of economy.
