摘要
[目的]合成2-[1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸酯(4a~4i),并探讨其对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响.[方法]由2-[1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸乙酯(3)与醇类在二丁基氧化锡催化下反应得到2-[1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸酯(4a~4i).采用通道式水迷宫法和避暗法测定化合物4h,4i对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响,并检测化合物4h,4i对乙醇模型小鼠脑组织中丙二醛含量及超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响.[结果]4h,4i大、小剂量组小鼠的记忆再现成绩明显高于模型对照组.[结论]4h,4i明显对抗东莨菪碱所致记忆获得障碍;对于氯霉素引起的记忆巩固不良及乙醇引起的记忆再现障碍均有拮抗作用.
OBJECTIVE To synthesize the 2-[1-(pyridine-2-yl)ethoxy] acetate(4a^4i) and to study its effects for learning and memory ability in mice.METHODS The compounds of 2-[1-(pyridine-2-yl)ethoxy] acetate(4a^4i) were synthesized by ethyl 2-[1-(pyridine-2-yl)ethoxy] acetate 3 and alcohol with dibutyl tinoxide catalyst,and the effects for learning and memory ability in mice were studied by swimming maze test and darkness avoidance test.The content of malondialdehyde and activity of superoxide dismutase were detected in brains of mice in group of ethanol model with the compounds of 4h,4i.RESULTS The achievements of recapturing memories in groups of large and small dosages of 4h,4i were higher than that in model control group.CONCLUSION The 4h,4i improves the scopolamine-induced dysmnesia,chloramphenical-induced disturbance of memory retention,and alcohol-induced disturbance of memory recall.
