摘要
[目的]探讨不同产地、不同海拔红景天药材中的红景天苷含量.[方法]采用Kromasil C18柱(150.0mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相以甲醇-水(15∶85),检测波长为275 nm,流动速度为1 mL/min,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL.[结果]红景天苷在24.8~124.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=1.265×104 X+6.847×103,R=0.999 7,平均回收率为98.86%,RSD为1.38%(n=5).不同产地、不同海拔红景天药材中的红景天苷含量间有差异.[结论]红景天苷含量与产地、海拔及野生或栽培有一定的关系.
OBJECTIVE To study the content of salidroside in Rhodiola L from different origin and altitude. METHODS The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used with Kromasil C18 column as chromatographic column(150.0 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm), methyl alcohol-water solution (15 : 85) as mobile phase, 1.0 mL/min as flow rate, 275 nm as the detective wavelength, and 30 ℃ as column temperature, and 10 μL as sample size. RESULTS The calibration curve of salidroside had favorable linear relation as the sampling volume of 24. 8-124.0 mg/L, the regression equation was Y = 1. 265 × 10^4 X + 6. 847× 10a, R = 0.999 7, the average recovery was 98. 86%, RSD = 1.38%, n = 5. There were differences between the content of salidroside in Rhodionta L from different origin and altitude. CONCLUSION The content of salidroside in Rhodiola L has certain relation with the origin, altitude, uncultivated and cultivated methods.
