Study on the Mechanical and Anticorrosion Performance of Unsaturated Polyester Resin(UPR)

摘要 利用正交试验设计制备不饱和聚酯试样,对其力学性能进行测试,得出了拉伸性能、伸长率、弹性模量与试样配比的关系,研究不饱和聚酯的优化配比。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对不饱和聚酯断裂形貌进行表征,镜面状态断裂面表明不饱和聚酯拉伸性断裂为脆性断裂。碱溶液对不饱和聚酯腐蚀性作用较强,随着碱溶液的浓度增加,腐蚀性作用增大。通过腐蚀性实验表征了不饱和聚酯渗透系数,渗透过程符合Fick定律。 A series of UPR samples were prepared based on orthogonal experimental design. The tensile properties including strength, elongation and elastic modulus were obtained by mechanical measurement. The tensile fracture morphology of the sample was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), showing a feature of brittle fracture. Furthermore, corrosion experiments showed that the alkaline solution played an aggressive role for the materials. As the concentration of alkaline solution increased, the corrosive effect was enhanced. The permeability was characterized by corrosion test, and the penetration process of the sample could be described by Fick' s Law.
