摘要
对纳米ZnO室温脱硫剂再生温度、再生反应混合气的组分等再生条件进行了研究,进行了多次再生循环试验,并对再生尾气检测方法进行了分析。结果表明,纳米ZnO室温脱硫后脱硫剂表面产生多种硫物种,再生温度高有利去除表面覆盖的脱硫产物,但高温再生增大纳米ZnO粒径,降低纳米ZnO的脱硫性能。在450℃中温,含氧5%的再生反应混合气氛条件下,脱硫再生循环5次,累计5次脱硫剂脱硫再生硫容是新鲜纳米ZnO脱硫硫容的3.27倍。采用酸碱滴定方法准确地测定了再生尾气,适宜的控制了再生时间。
The regeneration conditions for nano ZnO desulfurizer have been studied, such as regeneration temperature and the compositions of regeneration mixed gas, and the numbers of regenerations reaction are carried out, and the detection method of regenerating tail gas is analyzed. The results indicates that the surface of nano ZnO desulfurizer can generate various sulfur species after desulfurization at room temperature, and higher temperature of regeneration is good for removing the products of desulfurization on the surface. However, the regeneration at high temperature will increase the particle size of nano ZnO, thus the performance of desulfurization will decrease. At 450℃, the desulfurization/regeneration experiment is carried out for five cycles under the conditions that the mixed gas is with 5% contents of oxygen; and the sulfur capacity of the desulfurizer after desulfurization is 3.27 times that of fresh ZnO desulfurizer. The regeneration tail gas has been measured with acid-base titration accurately, and the time of regeneration is controlled properly.
