摘要
研究确定了一种较好的对蜂蜜中所含硒元素测定方法。此方法用硝酸、高氯酸硝化蜂蜜,采用ICP—AES、AAS法测定蜂蜜中硒元素。通过对ICP—AES和AAS两种检测方法的对比,确定ICP—AES法具有操作简单、灵敏度高、准确性好等优点,回收率在92.2%~102.5%之间。此种方法是一种非常实用的检测法。
A detection method of selenium content in honey is studied. Firstly, the honey is nitrified by nitric acid and perchloric acid, and then ICP-AES and AAS methods are applied to determine the selenium content respectively. By comparison of these two methods, it is proved that the ICP-AES method has more advantages, such as simple operation, high sensitivity and accuracy, the recovery rate is 92.2%-102.5%. Therefore, ICP- AES method is a very practical detection method.
