Effect of POE-g-Si on structure and properties of PP/wood flour composites

摘要 以硅烷接枝乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-Si)为增容剂,制备了聚丙烯(PP)/POE-g-Si/木粉复合材料。研究了POE-g-Si对PP/木粉复合材料的晶态结构、界面相容性、动态力学性能及力学性能的影响。加入POE-g-Si有效改善了复合材料的界面相容性;PP中β晶型消失,结晶度由71.50%降至61.91%,木粉与基体界面处出现横晶;α,β转变峰均增强;复合材料拉伸强度、抗冲击性能均明显提高。 Polypropylene/wood flour composites were prepared with silane grafted ethylene-l-oetene copolymer(POE-g-Si) as eompatibilizer. The effects of POE-g-Si on crystal structure, interfacial compatibility, dynamic mechanical properties and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. After adding POE-g-Si, the interracial compatibility of the composites effectively improved, β-form crystal structure in PP transformed, crystallinity of PP reduced from 71.50% to 61.91% and transcrystals appeared at the interface between the wood flour and matrix of the samples. The intensity of glass transition(β transition) peak and α transition peak increased. The tensile strength and impact strength of the composites rose obviously as the result of adding POE-g-Si.
