摘要 偏二氯乙烯的生产方法包括三氯乙烷法与高温热脱氯化氢法,聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)的典型生产工艺是悬浮聚合法。加入功能增塑剂后的PVDC可用于生产多层共挤薄膜,生产成本低。用于加工多层共挤流延膜、多层共挤吹塑膜和多层共挤吹塑双向拉伸膜具有良好的应用前景。 The methods for preparing vinylidene chloride include trichloroethane method and thermal dehydrochlorination method. Suspension polymerization is a typical process for the production of polyvinylidene chloride(PVDC). The PVDC modified with the functional plasticizer can be used to produce multi-layer coextrusion film at low production cost. The modified copolymer has good prospect for manufacturing multi-layer coextruded cast film, blown film and blown bi-oriented film.
