摘要
方法: 本实验通过建立生长期大鼠维生素B6(VB6)缺乏动物模型,观察VB6 对生长期大鼠空间记忆行为及海马齿状回(Dentate gyrus,DG)颗粒细胞层长时程增强(LTP)的影响。结果: 缺乏VB6 的大鼠在空间辨别实验中的错误反应次数和错误率明显增加,而LTP诱发实验中高频串刺激诱发的群峰电位(PS)增加幅度明显降低。提示VB6 对生长期大鼠的学习记忆有重要作用。
and Method: We investigated the effect of dietary deficiency of vitamin B 6 on learning and memory in spatial discrimination and LTP induced in rat hippocampal dentate gyrus(DG) with extracellular recording technique.The young wistar rats,assigned randomly to dietary group,(1)at libitum vitamin B 6 sufficient controls(ALC);(2)at libitum vitamin B 6 deficient(DEF);(3)pair fed controls(PFC).The rats were fed for 6 weeks. Results: The activation coefficients of erythrocyte aspartate amino transferase were significiantly increased(>1.8) in DEF group,and so the rats suffered from VB 6 deficiency.In behavior test,the fault response number and fault rate in Y maze of DEF group were increased significiantly than that of ALC and PFC groups.The changes of amplitude of population spike(PS)by high frequency test stimulation in DEF group was significiantly lower than that of ALC and PFC groups. Conclusion: Dietary deficiency of VB 6 during develompent results in impaired function of learning and memory.
