摘要
京沪高铁使用了大量的聚脲防水涂料及配套材料用于桥面防水工程,业主对聚脲防水涂料在CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道上的应用非常重视,对工程质量要求非常严格,其中最重要的就是涂层附着力的检测。附着力好坏的影响因素有基材表层强度、底漆渗透粘结效果、修补腻子层结构强度、聚脲层结构强度以及各道涂层间的相互粘结力等。本文探讨和总结了京沪高铁聚脲防水涂装系统附着力测试存在的问题,并提出了改善方案。
A large number of polyurea waterproofing coating and its supporting materials are used in bridge waterproofing engineering of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway,and the owner pays much attention to their applications in CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track and requires strict quality control,especially tight inspection of adhesion.There are many factors affecting adhesion of coating,such as strength of substrate surface,permeation adhesion of primer,structural strength of patching putty,structural strength of polyurea and adhesion between coatings.This article discusses problems in adhesion test of polyurea system for Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and makes suggestion for improvement.
