蛹拟青霉液体深层发酵菌丝体抗氧化活性和抑菌活性分析 被引量:1

Study on Antioxidant and Antibacterial Activities of Submerged Fermentation Mycelium of Paecilomyces militaris

摘要 采用二苯代苦味肼基自由基(DPPH)酶标仪法和FOX试剂法对蛹拟青霉液体深层发酵菌丝体进行抗氧化活性研究;用滤纸片法和牛津杯法对菌丝体提取物进行抑菌活性分析。研究结果显示,菌丝体水相提取物具有较强的抗氧化活性,在样品浓度为2 mg/mL时,它对0.2 mg/mL的DPPH自由基的清除率达到92.35%,在FOX试剂法中活性达到了90.24%,明显高于其他溶剂提取物;抑菌试验结果表明,菌丝体水相提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、黑曲霉、绿色木霉的抑制效果优于其他溶剂提取物,乙酸乙酯相提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用最强,牛津杯法测定其抑菌圈直径达到17.86 mm。 DPPH and FOX assays were used to determine the antioxidant activity of submerged fermentation mycelium of Paecilomyces militaris.By filter paper method and oxford cup method,antibacterial activity of the extracts of the mycelium were experimented.The results showed that aqueous extract of mycelium had stronger antioxidant activity than other four solvent extracts.At concentration of 2 mg/mL,the extract could decrease 92.35% of 0.2 mg/mL DPPH radicals and the scavenging activity of FOX reached to 90.24%.The results of bacteriostatic experiment revealed aqueous extract of mycelium had higher inhibitory effect on Ecoli,Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach,AspergiLLus niger and Trichoderma viride.The ethylacetate extract of mycelium had strongest bacteriostasis on Bacillus subtilis,the diameter of oxford cup method was up to 17.86 mm.
