介绍了保健酒精细过滤中助滤剂的选择及过滤原理,对影响过滤速度的主要因素及提高过滤速度的办法做了详细阐述,并分析了影响精细过滤质量的可能原因。
The paper introduced the choice of filter aid and filter principle in fine filtration of health wine,it illustrated the main influencing factors of filtration rate and how to improve the rate,lastly,the possible reasons of filtration quality was analyzed.
