On the Dialogical Understanding in Chinese Poetic Hermeneutics:Intuitive Connection between Heart-minds

与西方解释学的对话理解所强调的多元性与差异性不同,中国诗学解释学极具民族特色的对话理解方式却是建立在隐喻层面上的"以心会心"。这种独特的神交心会的理解模式不仅洋溢着浓郁的诗性、心性、生命感和愉悦感,而且自身包涵了"心所同然"和"各有会心"两种理解的维度与向度。

Unlike Western hermeneutics which privileges diversity and difference, Chinese poetic hermeneutics is characterized by its special dialogieal communication whose ideal is an intuitive connection between heart-minds by way of metaphorical language use. This is a unique mode of understanding which involves the interplay between poetic spirit, human heart-mind and feeling of life, and this interplay is always accompanied by pleasure. Two hermeneutic orientations regulate this communicative process-while a dialogue always presupposes the universality of human spirit, the uniqueness of each individual heart-mind remains irreducible in an ideal understanding.
