摘要
随着新农村建设的不断深入,农村经济的日趋市场化,农村文化的地位和作用日渐凸显。推进新农村文化市场建设是加强农村文化建设的关键所在。而当前新农村文化市场的种种缺陷使新农村文化的发展边缘化,无法与新农村建设的要求形成对接。解决无效文化传递折射出的农村文化市场的缺陷,探讨中国社会结构变迁中的农村文化市场建设问题,必须将农村文化市场主体的培育和完善、要素的扩展、传播载体的嵌入以及法律法规的完善等分别作为新农村文化市场增能的基础、关键、手段和保证。
As the New Village Construction movement expands its reach, China's village economy is increasingly commercialized. Consequently, the growing role and importance that village culture occupies is gaining attention. To promote the construction of a healthy new village culture market therefore becomes crucial to strengthening the building of China's farming culture. However, existing problems (such as ineffective cultural transmission) in today's new village culture market have marginalized the development of China's farming culture, voiding the quest for a new agricultural China. To accomplish the mission of energizing China's new village cultural market, we must recognize that cultivating the subjects of this market (the peasants) is the foundation; expanding the necessary elements holds the key; promoting the vehicles of cultural transmission is the means; perfecting and expanding legal provisions is the safeguard.
