摘要
民间社会参与虚假广告和假冒商品的监管表现在多方面,消费者协会及各类行业组织是监管的主体;民间个人反虚假行动,是国家权力的补充;鞭挞虚假广告的艺术作品的影响也深入民间,发挥着提升市场道德的功能,改革开放以来民间社会反虚假行动在特定领域促进了公民社会的发展。
The non-governmental organizations participate in the movement of supervising fake commodities and deceptive advertising in many ways. The Consumer Association and various professional organizations are the main body of regulation. The anti-false actions sponsored by individuals are supplementary to the state power.Art works castigating the false advertising play an important role in promoting market morality and have a wide influence among the people. In summary, the anti-false actions of non-governmental organizations have promoted the development of civil society in specific areas since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy.
