摘要
目的观察γ线辐照消毒对无纺织物类医疗产品物力学性能的影响。方法通过力学拉伸试验方法及其物理性能测定法,对不同剂量γ线辐照三种无纺织物的断裂强度、熔点和热焓值进行测定。结果纺粘法工艺生产的无纺织物经10、25、50 kGy辐照灭菌处理,其断裂强度下降率分别为16%、26%和51%;SMS法和水刺法生产的无纺织物断裂强度下降率明显低于纺粘法产品。经γ线辐照后的无纺织物存放24个月后的断裂强力下降率并不明显,其热力学性能变化亦不明显。结论γ线辐照剂量在25 kGy条件下,照射灭菌无纺织物的断裂强力都出现下降,一般不会影响产品的使用性能;但γ线辐照剂量为50 kGy时,对无纺织物断裂强力影响比较明显。
Objective To observe the change in tensile strength and thermal properties on medical non-woven textiles(NWT) under different amount of gamma ray irradiation.Methods The tensile strength,MP,and ΔH values under different amount of gamma ray irradiation on products were measured by mechanics tensile test and physical property test.Results Under 10,25,50 kGy gamma ray irradiation,NWT exhibited a decline in tensile breakdown threshold(16%,26% and 51% respectively).Changes of NWT in tensile and thermal properties are negligible when stored for 24 months after irradiation.Conclusion Gamma ray irradiation under 25 kGy has little impact to tensile strength of NWT,the effect becomes obvious at 50 kGy.
