压力蒸汽灭菌隐性湿包的影响因素及控制措施

THE INFLUENCE FACTORS AND CONTROL MEASUREMENTS OF THE PRESSURE STEAM STERILIZATION FOR THE HIDDEN WET PACKAGE

目的研究压力蒸汽灭菌隐性湿包的影响因素及控制措施,确保无菌物品的质量。方法采用目测和触摸方法,对不同组合包装器械包和改变冷却时间等措施影响湿包的结果进行观察。结果压力蒸汽灭菌医疗器械采用棉布包装干燥速度较慢,将棉布包装器械包置于器械盘内会降低干燥速度,医用皱纹纸包装方法干燥速度最快。灭菌后延长干燥时间,包内干燥速度没有变化。结论压力蒸汽灭菌器内棉布包装的器械包不易干燥,皱纹纸包装干燥速度最快,延长灭菌器干燥时间不是最好的方法,因此器械包干燥速度与包装材料直接相关。

Objective To study the influence factors and control measurements of the hidden wet package of the pressure steam sterilization,to ensure the sterilization quality.Methods Looking and touching methods were used to observe the results of the hidden package influenced by the different combination packing instrument package and cooling time etc.Results The drying velocity of the medical instrument packed with the cotton fabric in the pressure steam sterilization is slow.The drying velocity will decrease when the instruments are placed in the instrument plate with cotton fabric packing and the drying velocity is the quickest with the medical crepe paper packing.After sterilization,the drying velocity has no change by lengthening the drying time.Conclusion The instrument package with the cotton fabric packing in the pressure steam sterilization apparatus can not be dried easily.The drying velocity is the quickest with the crepe paper packing and it is not the best method to lengthen the drying time for sterilizing apparatus.So the drying velocity of instrument package is related to packing materials directly.
