房山区社区卫生服务机构消毒隔离现状调查

SURVEY ON PRESENT STATUS OF DISINFECTION AND ISOLATION IN COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICE INSTITUTIONS OF FANGSHAN DISTRICT

目的了解房山区社区卫生服务中心(站)消毒隔离现状,为规范管理提供参考依据。方法采用现场调查和抽样检测方法,对房山区195家社区卫生服务中心(站)的消毒隔离现况进行了调查。结果本次调查的195家社区卫生服务机构中,有82%的站或中心配备流动洗手设施,只有43%的站或中心配备合格的快速手消毒剂。社区卫生服务机构使用中的紫外线灯辐射强度合格率为85.1%,作紫外线灯使用记录的单位占70%。社区卫生服务站的医护人员手卫生合格率为90.7%。结论该区社区卫生服务机构消毒隔离现状不容乐观,属于基本隔离措施的医护人员手卫生质量合格率较低,手快速消毒剂配备率也比较低,应加强管理,提高监督监测力度。

Objective To know the situation of disinfection and isolation in community health service centers（stations） in Fangshan District,to provide the reference for standard management.Method On-the-spot investigation and sampling monitor were used to investigate the status of disinfection and isolation of 195 community health service centers（stations） in Fangshan District.Results In this investigation of the 195 home CHS institutions,82% of the community health service centers equipped with mobile hand-washing facilities,only 43% of them equipped with qualified dry hand disinfectant.The qualified rate of ultraviolet lamp radiation intensity was 85.1% in community health service agencies,the records of ultraviolet light was 70% in them.The qualified rate of medical staff hand hygiene was 90.7% in community health station.Conclusion The status of disinfection and isolation was not optimistic in community health service agencies.The quality qualified rate of hand hygiene of medical personnel was low,the same as the equipment rate of hand quickly disinfectant.We should strengthen management,improve the strength of supervision and monitoring.
