摘要
油气勘探要发展,人才是关键。随着济阳坳陷勘探程度的不断加大,勘探对象越来越复杂,这就要求在创新油气地质理论和勘探技术的同时,还应不断提升广大地质科研人员的综合素质。从科学的方法论、哲学的思维方式、石油地质研究的表述技巧及科研人员的职业素养等4个方面论述了油气地质科研人员应具备的基本素质。
The key to the development of petroleum exploration is the talents.Along with the exploration of Jiyang depression,and the complexity of exploration target,the petroleum geological theories and exploration techniques are accordingly innovated,meanwhile, the requirement on the geological research staff is subsequently improved.Herein,we discuss the basic requirements on the geological research staff with respect to scientific methodology,philosophy thinking mode,expression technique of petroleum geological study and the professional quality.
