DME微油型空气清新剂配方探讨

摘要 目的:为了提高空气清新剂雾化效果和质量并有效降低成本,探索出一种新的配方体系——DME微油型配方。方法:做常规实验,从雾化、喷出率等对比LPG油包水配方、半乳化型配方和DME微油配方。结果微油体系雾化效果好,喷出率99.5%,喷速0.95g/s,体系稳定,香味纯正。结论:无论从产品性能还是成本可以看出,此配方有着广阔的市场前景。 Objective :In order to improve the air freshener atomization effect and quality and cost effective, Explore a new formula system dimethyl ether type with micro oil air freshener.Methods:Do routine test and contrast LPG considered water formulation, LPG half emulsification formula and DME micro oil formula with atomization, gushing rate and so on. Results:Micro oil system atomization effect is good, Ejective rate 99.5%, spray velocity 0.95 g/s, it has stable System and sterling fragrance .Conclusion:No matter from product performance or cost can see that this formula has broad market prospect.
