低VOC气雾剂的国际最新动态以及一种创新的杀虫制剂介绍

摘要 目的:为了降低空气污染保护人体健康,中国和美国政府相关部门出台了一系列降低消费者产品挥发性有机物(VOCs)的规章制度.本文对这些规定进行了详细的介绍。另外,为了符合中国环境标志关于民用气雾罐剂产品的VOC含量不得超过45—55%的规定.我们创新开发了新型家庭和工业的喷雾杀虫浓缩液制剂LBC-4022A、4026A和4026B;方法:采用国际领先的低成本、稳定的乳化(o/w)和反乳化(w/o)技术,以及按照国家标准开展的杀虫生测方法:结果:采用以上技术我们成功开发了快速击倒(KT50〈2min)、长效残留(两个星期)和低抗性、低VOC(〈20%)的杀虫气雾剂和喷射剂,它们的活性成分分别是:α-氯氰菊酯+d-胺菊酯+精油、苯醚氰菊酯+d-胺菊酯+精油,是基于新型除虫菊酯、天然精油(作为增效助剂取代PBO)、绿色可再生的溶剂和EPA第三、四类惰性表面活性剂的组合;结论:本研究成功开发的杀虫气雾剂和喷射剂杀虫剂具有快速击倒(KT50〈2min)、长效残留(两个星期)和低抗性、低VOC(〈20%)的特点,符合国际标准.值得推广。 Objective: Concerns over air pollution and human health protection, China and Us governments have been very active in regulating volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions in consumer products. SEPA 45-55% VOC regulations and US Air Quality Initiatives including EPA, CARB and OTC guidelines will be reviewed. Innovative and sustainable insecticide aerosol or RTU spray formulations of less than 20% VOC and 2 MIR have been developed with pyrethroid and essential oil combinations for household and industrial applications.Methods: Stable emulsion (o/w) or inverted emulsion (w/o) technology and bioassay related national standard.Results: Formulation examples are the combination of D-Tetramethrin and α-Cypermethrin, Cyfluthrin or Bifenthrin with natural plant oils. Renewable EPA list 3 and 4 surfactants are being employed for making stable emulsion (o/w) or inverted emulsion (w/o) products.LBC-4026A and 4026B sprays have obtained KT50〈 2 min and two week residual activity against German cockroach, house fly and aedes albopictus. Their aerosol and RTU formulations have less than 20% and 4% VOC, respectively.Conclusion: Studies demonstrate that essential oil A and B can be used to replace PBO synergist for improving knock-down activity and insect resistance management in conjunction with bio-diesel solvent.
