摘要
目的探讨化痰逐瘀汤治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的疗效及对血脂、C-反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法 86例冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为2组,均采用常规治疗,治疗组加服化痰逐瘀汤,2 W为一疗程。结果治疗组与对照组比较,临床疗效改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化痰逐瘀汤治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛疗效满意。
Objective： To study the effect of Huatan Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with unstable angina and its influence on blood fat, and C -reactive protein （CRP）. Methods： 86 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups. Both of the groups were given conventional treatment. Besides this, the therapeutic group took Huatan Zhuyu decoction, 2 weeks as a treatment course. Results： Compared with the control group, the clinical effect of the therapeutic group was markedly improved, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sion： Huatan Zhuyu decoction has a satisfactory effect for the treatment of coronary heart disease with unstable angina.
