抗衰I号方对亚急性衰老小鼠血清MAO-B活性及脑蛋白含量的影响

摘要 目的观察抗衰I号方对亚急性衰老小鼠血清MAO-B活性及脑蛋白含量的影响。方法采用D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠模型。分离脑组织称重计算脑指数;采用紫外分光光度法测定小鼠血清MAO-B活性;考马斯亮蓝测定小鼠脑组织中蛋白含量。结果与模型组比较,抗衰1号方各给药组均能不同程度降低血清中MAO-B活性(P<0.05),增加脑蛋白含量(P<0.05),对脑指数无显著性影响。结论抗衰I号方抗衰老作用机理可能与其降低血清MAO-B活性,提高脑蛋白含量有关。 Objective: To observe the effect of Anti - aging I prescription on the activity of serum MAO - B and the content of brain protein in subacute aging mice. Methods: The subaeute mice model was made with D - galactose. The brain tissue was separated to weigh the brain index. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was applied to determine the activity of serum MAO - B. The content of brain protein was determined with Coomassie Brilliant Blue. Results: Compared with the model group, the activity of serum MAO - B in the groups treated with Anti - aging I prescription decreased in varying degrees ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the content of brain protein also improved ( P 〈 0.0of 5 ). Conclusion: The anti - aging mecha- nism of Anti - aging I prescription may be that it can reduce the activity of serum MAO - B, and improve the content brain protein.
