摘要
目的优选陕产吴茱萸总生物碱提取条件。方法首先做单因素实验,选择提取溶剂和提取次数,然后设计L9(34)正交实验,以溶剂浓度、溶剂倍数、提取温度、提取时间为影响因素考察提取条件。结果最佳提取条件为80%的乙醇15倍量、70℃水浴回流提取3次、每次1 h。结论该工艺合理可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Fructus Evodiae produced in Shaanxi Province. Methotis: The extracting solvent and times were chosen by single -factor experiment. Then L9 (3^4) orthogonal test was designed. The concentration of solvent, the times of solvent, the extracting temperature and time were examined as influencing factors. Results: The optimized extraction condition is 15 times of 80% ethanol, reflux in 70℃ water bath for 3 times, 1 hour each time. Conclusion: The process is reasonable and practicable.
