正交试验法优选陕产吴茱萸总生物碱的提取工艺

Orthogonal Test in the Optimization of the Process of Extracting Total Alkaloid in Shaanxi Fructus Evodiae

目的优选陕产吴茱萸总生物碱提取条件。方法首先做单因素实验,选择提取溶剂和提取次数,然后设计L9(34)正交实验,以溶剂浓度、溶剂倍数、提取温度、提取时间为影响因素考察提取条件。结果最佳提取条件为80%的乙醇15倍量、70℃水浴回流提取3次、每次1 h。结论该工艺合理可行。

Objective： To optimize the extraction process of Fructus Evodiae produced in Shaanxi Province. Methotis： The extracting solvent and times were chosen by single -factor experiment. Then L9 （3^4） orthogonal test was designed. The concentration of solvent, the times of solvent, the extracting temperature and time were examined as influencing factors. Results： The optimized extraction condition is 15 times of 80% ethanol, reflux in 70℃ water bath for 3 times, 1 hour each time. Conclusion： The process is reasonable and practicable.
