摘要
以纳米二氧化硅作为改性剂,采用正交实验优化阻燃中密度纤维板的热压工艺,探讨了纳米二氧化硅加入量对板材物理力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,适量添加纳米二氧化硅能提高阻燃中密度纤维板的内结合强度、弹性模量,略微降低阻燃性能。本实验的优化工艺按其对实验的影响由大到小排列为:脲醛胶施加量10%(质量分数,下同),纳米二氧化硅施加量4%,热压温度(160±5)℃,阻燃剂施加量13%。
Nano-SiO2 as a modifier was mixed into phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardants. An orthogonal experiment was made to find out proper parameters for the optimum hot-pressing process. Meanwhile, the effect of the a- mount of nano-SiO2 on physical and mechanical properties as well as flammability of MDF were analyzed. The results show that using nano-SiO2 appropriately can enhance the internal bond strength and MOE, slightly lower the flammability. The optimizing process parameters based on the impact on this test are in order of the amount of urea-formalde- hyderesin(lO%) 〉 the amount of nano-SiO2 (4%) 〉 pressing temperature((160±5)℃)〉 the amount of flame retardant(13 %).
