摘要
用Bridgman-Stockbarger法长出了Eu^(2+):KMgF_3和LiBaF_3单晶。用区熔法长出Re:LiBaF_3(Re=Ce^(3+),Tb^(3+),Eu^(2+))晶体。X光衍射分析表明由相图得到的原料比BaF_2:LiF=40:60(mol%)时生长的是多晶,因为,最开始析出的是BaF_2。对掺杂晶体进行了光谱研究。氮分子激光器泵浦的Eu^(2+):KMgF_3荧光光谱显示了多中心结构。
Single Crystals of KMgF_3: Eu^(2+) and LiBaF_3 have been grown by Bridgman-Stockbarger technique. Polycrystalline samples of LiBaF_3: Re (Re = Ce^(3+), TV^(3+), Eu^(2+)) have been prepared by zone melting method. X-ray analysis on the grown LiBaF_3 shows that polycrystalline samples have been yielded from the ratio BaF_2: LiF= 40:60 (mol%) which is taken from the phase diagram. Spectroscopic investigation of the grown crystals has been done. N_2 laser pumped luminescence of KMgF_3: Eu^(2+)displays many center structure.
