无机-有机前驱体法制备ZrO_2纳米微晶

摘要 采用四氯化锆、甲苯作为无机、有机前驱体成功制得ZrO_2纳米微晶粉末。扫描电镜分析结果表明,制得的ZrO_2纳米粉末为尺寸介于30~40nm的各向同性等轴球形颗粒,无团聚。采用XRD和RAMAN谱对合成的ZrO_2粉末晶体结构进行了表征,结果表明所得晶粒为单斜相和四方相。高分辨透射电镜分析结果进一步表明生成单斜和四方相ZrO_2微粒,尺寸分别约为36.4m和32.1nm。此外,分析了ZrCl_4-C_7H_8体系的热力学过程及ZrO_2的合成机理。 Zireonia nanoerystallites have been successfully synthesized using inorganic-organic hybrid precursors of zirconium tetrachloride(ZrCl4 ) and toluene(C7H8 ). Scanning electron microscope images suggested that the particle sizes of the synthesized powder distributed over 30-40nm with homogeneous equiaxed spherical morphology, and no agglomerations appeared. Crystal structural characterization of the synthesized ZrO2 powders using X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy revealed that the crystal phase were the monoclinic phase and tetragonal phase. High-resolu- tion transmission electron microscopy images further showed that the average diameters of grains were about 36.4nm and 32. lnm for monoclinic ZrOz and tetragonal ZrO2, respectively. Moreover, the thermodynamic change process of the ZrC14-C2 H8 system and the synthesis mechanism of ZrO2 powders were discussed.
