摘要
采用化学还原法,以七水硫酸亚铁(FeSP_4·7H_2O)为还原剂,在室温条件下搅拌还原硝酸银溶液制备了表面粗糙度高、粒度分布窄的微米级球形银粉。结果表明,通过控制还原剂与氧化剂物质的量比可以制备出粒径范围在1~4μm、尺寸可调的单分散球形银粉。
Controlled synthesis of uniform micxdn-size silver particles were obtained by reducing silver nitrate with iron( 11 ) sulfate heptahydrate in aqueous solution at room temperature. By varying molar ratio between silver nitrate and iron( 11 ) sulfate heptahydrate, large flower-like silver particles with the size ranged Of l-4μm could be obtained. The structure and morphology of the as-prepared product were characterized by energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and it is found that the obtained silver par-ticles are of excellent monodispersity and narrow particle size Aistrihntinn.
