摘要
考虑橡胶类止水材料性能对水封设计的重要作用,为了全面描述材料的超弹性性能,采用不同的Rivlin公式对橡胶类止水材料的单向拉伸、单轴压缩和纯剪实验数据进行曲线拟合与研究。结合工程实例,将各模型的拟合参数应用于充压伸缩式水封自由外伸量的非线性有限元计算中,并将计算结果与该水封自由外伸量模型实验进行对比研究。结果表明,2阶5项Rivlin模型能较好地反映橡胶类止水材料的超弹性性能,具有良好的工程适用性,将其应用于闸门水封非线性有限元计算能有效提高精度,这为闸门水封结构的设计和计算提供了有益的参考依据。
Considering the importance of the mechanical properties of rubber-like material for the water-seal design,different Rivlin models were applied to process experimental data of uniaxial tension test,uniaxial compression test and pure shear test in order to describe the hyper-elastic properties for the material overall.The nonlinear calculation for the free extension of pressure-filled telescopic water seal was done by using the fitting parameters from the models.The comparison between the calculated results and test results was carried out.The results showed that the second rank and five terms Rivlin model was of good application in project and fit well in describing the hyper-elastic properties of rubber-like material.It was more precise to use it in nonlinear finite element calculation,which provided a good reference for the design and calculation of gate water seal structure.
