竹纤维热固性树脂基复合材料力学性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以竹纤维织物作为增强材料,改变织物层数和树脂基体,利用手糊热压成型法制备出复合材料,并进行了拉伸、弯曲及无缺口冲击强度测试。结果表明,竹纤维织物增强的两种热固性树脂的拉伸和弯曲强度随织物层数的增加先增加再减小,后趋于平缓;当织物为4层时,材料冲击性能最佳;竹纤维织物对不饱和树脂的增强效果较环氧树脂显著。 Hand lay-hot pressing method was used to prepare composites with bamboo fabric as a reinforcing material through changing the fabric layers and the resin matrix. Tensile stength, bending strength and non-notched impact stength were tested on the plate. The results show that tensile and bending properties of the two kinds of composite materials reinforced by bamboo fiber increased first and then decreased, then became steady with the increasing number of fabric layers. Material impact is in the best performance of 4 fabric layers. The effect of unsaturated polyester resin reinforced by bamboo fiber fabric is better than that of epoxy resin.
