Synthesis and characterization of poly（acrylic acid）-sodium humate superabsorbent are introduced. Properties and application of poly （acrylic acid）-sodium humate superabsorbent are reviewed. Meanwhile, its disad vantages and advantages are indicated. The research direction and application prospect of the superabsorbent are pre dieted.
