摘要 通过掺加粉煤灰改善磷酸盐水泥的耐水性能,同时研究了粉煤灰对磷酸盐水泥工作性能、体积稳定性和粘结强度的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰掺量达到30%时,耐水性增强,水养条件下抗压强度和抗折强度提高近40%;粉煤灰掺量为10%时,流动度提高近20%;粉煤灰掺量为20%时,粘结强度达到最大。随着粉煤灰掺量的增大,膨胀率降低,体积稳定性提高。 The water resistance of phosphate cement was improved by adding fly ash. The effect on the work ability, volume stability and bond strength of phosphate cement was also researched. It indicates that the compressive strength and flexural strength both increase by about 40% when the amount of fly ash reaches 30% of phosphate cement. The fluidity of paste increases nearly by 20% as the amount of fly ash is 10% of phosphate cement; meanwhile the bond strength hits the peak. The volume stability is improved and the linear expansion decreases as the amount of fly ash increases.
