摘要
目的:比较国内腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laporoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)与开腹胆囊切除术(open chole-cystectomy,OC)治疗胆囊疾病的临床疗效。方法:采用Review Manager5.0分析软件,对国内22项有关LC和OC治疗胆囊疾病疗效的研究结果进行Meta分析。结果:LC治疗胆囊疾病的手术时间少于OC,合并加权均数差为23.17;95%的CI为16.71和29.64;且LC治疗胆囊疾病的术中出血量也少于OC,合并加权均数差为51.10,95%的CI为(37.40,64.79),差异均有统计学意义。结论:LC治疗胆囊疾病的疗效优于OC。
Objective：To compare the clinical effect between the laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy treatment of gallbladder disease.Methods：By using Meta-Analysis to analyze the data-22research results in China about the effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）and open cholecystectomy（OC）treatment of gallbladder disease with Review Manager 50.Results：The operation time and the blood loss of LC group was less than that of OC group for gallbladder disease.The merger of weighted mean difference was 23.17,51.10 respectively;95% CI was 16.71,29.64,（37.40,64.79） respectively,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：LC for treaeing gallbladder disease was more effective than OC.
